The aim of coaching is for you to become autonomous in the way you view your nutrition. This is achieved through education and sustainability. If you are forced to quit the foods you like, it will be difficult to create a sustainable routine that works for you.
Planning for performance
We work closely with you to ensure you are incorporating the main food groups (fats, protein and carbohydrates) but also micronutrients into your regular meals, that are optimal for your lifestyle and your performance in sport.

Whether you are fuelling for an ultramarathon, or cutting weight for a bodybuilding competition, our registered sports nutritionists conduct a full needs analysis of your sport to ensure you are preparing safely and effectively

Online Coaching - The pathway
- Virtual Initial consultation, Needs analysis and gathering of information needed to create your bespoke program (Body composition analysis if possible)

​- Access to the elevate app where you will be able to track nutitional intake (macros and micros) and your coach can monitor
- Prescribed your first nutritional program (4 weeks) either fuelling habits program OR macro coaching
- Weekly coach check ins and fuelling adjustments if needed
- Monthly reports and assessments
Program choices
Our nutritionists are behaviour change experts and are here to help you view your nutrition in a way you never have. Dependent on your goals, there are two primary methods our experts can achieve this
1. Macronutrient coaching
For individuals who want to achieve body compoisiton change and or optimise sports performance. This program teaches you to track macro and micronutrients and the consequent calories related to this. Your program will firstly understand your needs for your sport and lifestyle and then consider macro and micro nutrient intake, as well as nutrient timing, supplementation, performance fuel, recovery, hydration and meal preparation
2. Fuelling habits
This program is designed to help individuals implement lifestyle and health changes through their nutrition and their consumption habits. More suited for individuals who are not interested in tracking every calorie, but instead creating impactful habitual changes to their daily lives. Particularly useful for those that don't prepare their own food or who travel regularly.
